Benefits


Initial Training:
We provide you with initial training of ten hours given in three days (this is on a volunteer basis).  Also we ask you to watch two of our senior teachers teach a full class to familiarize you with our systems (also on a volunteer basis).  

Hours: We offer part-time teaching positions, usually 8-15 hours per week (more in some cases).

Pay: Our pay rate is from $8.00 - and up per hour depending on experience, ability to teach and certifications.

Pay for same-day class cancellations and holidays (excluding Christmas).

Ongoing training seminars are given the last Friday of each month to keep you up to date. This also includes a free lunch and is a great time to set up a getaway weekend with fellow teachers!

Airport pick-up for $15.00 USD.

Homestay arrangements are available for $100 per week and include a private bedroom, breakfast, dinner and laundry service.

Free introductory and intermediate level Spanish lessons

Gym close to the office with discounted prices for teaching staff.

Free salsa and merengue classes on Wednesdays at 4 PM.

Official certificates
upon completion of each course, stating the company and level you taught.
